I have been visited by carers from Hope Home Care for about five years, mainly to help with the support stockings I wear because of diabetic leg ulcers. I am very satisfied with the efficiency and reliability of the Hope staff – I have not missed a single visit in five years. But I am also impressed by the friendly and caring attitude of the staff; it is a genuine pleasure to welcome them into my home.

My grandmother is very happy with the staff and services provided. She has dementia and it has been difficult for our family in the past 2 years. She moved to Hope Homecare at the beginning of May 2021, it has been a few months now, she is looking very well. The staff keep me and my family informed
on her health. Very happy with the service.

My invalid husband and I would highly recommend Hope Homecare Services without reservation. All the carers that have visited have been professional, caring, hardworking and cheerful, even during this dreadful Coronavirus pandemic. He was very reluctant to have people involved in his personal care and felt very embarrassed, but after only a few visits, he was reassured by their professional approach. I used to think that anyone could be a carer, but I know now that I was quite wrong. It is obvious from observing the carers that have visited him, that a lot of training has been given to achieve the high standard they have each attained. He looks forward to their visits; they are cheerful and encouraging as well as caring and always make sure that he is comfortable before they leave. I too welcome their visits, they have become our friends. It is reassuring that it is always easy to get in touch with the Manager if we have any problems, however small.
